1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorohexylmethyldichlorosilane, ChangFu® F921 is a chlorosilane with a perfluoro alkyl chain. As a silane coupling agent with fluorocarbon chains, it has been widely used for surface modification of glass and ceramics, exhibiting excellent hydrophobicity and chemical stability. It also acts as a crosslinker which performs well in fluoro silicone rubber production.
