—— Hyperbranched end-modified alkylsilane developed specifically for high-filler loading formulations.

l  Efficiently wets powders and breaks filler agglomeration, greatly improving processing fluidity and filler homogeneity; lowers processing viscosity, minimizes surface defects and enhances mechanical properties such as tensile strength and modulus.

l  Ideal for thermally conductive fillers, silica, powder-filled epoxy, silicone and rubber systems.

✅ Novel Hindered Tertiary Amine Functional Silane for Rubber Industry

—— New sterically hindered tertiary amine-functional silane acting as a terminal capping agent for anionic polymerization.

l  Introduces polar silane groups onto rubber chain ends to reinforce interaction between rubber and silica. It supports the production of high-performance green tire rubber with low rolling resistance and high wet grip, offering an innovative route for elastomer functional modification.

l  Suitable for alkyllithium-initiated solution anionic polymerization systems (SSBR, BR, IR).
