ChangFu® AC32{3-Acetoxypropyltrimethoxysilane; CAS: 59004-18-1} is a high-performance multifunctional silane coupling agent, possessing both hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties, with excellent interface compatibility. The acetoxy group in the molecule can accelerate curing and improve reaction efficiency; the methoxy group imparts excellent hydrolytic stability and storage stability. It can significantly enhance the adhesion, water resistance, weather resistance, and mechanical strength of coatings, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers, greatly increase bonding strength, and offer advantages such as excellent optical transparency and broad resin compatibility. The inorganic end of the molecule can form stable covalent bonds with glass, metal, and ceramics, while the organic end chemically bonds with the adhesive layer resin, precisely addressing industry pain points such as delamination, poor water resistance, and insufficient adhesion in adhesive systems.

1.     Specialty Adhesives/Optical Adhesives:

  • Compatible with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone systems, etc., used as high-efficiency silane coupling agents to enhance the bonding strength of adhesive layers with various inorganic substrates, significantly improving the product's resistance to aging, hydrolysis, and long-term stability.
  • LED Optical Encapsulation Adhesive: Improves the adhesion of epoxy/silicone encapsulation adhesives to LED brackets and glass lenses, resistant to temperature and humidity, enhancing LED luminous efficiency and lifespan.
  • Photovoltaic Optical Adhesive: Enhances the adhesion and weather resistance of the adhesive layer to photovoltaic glass and backsheet PET, suitable for sealing photovoltaic modules and bonding solar cells.

2.     Monomer Copolymerization and Polymer Synthesis:

  • Can undergo copolymerization reactions with monomers such as vinyl acetate, acrylic acid, and methacrylic acid to prepare silane-modified polymers that can be cross-linked and cured at room temperature.
