Product Features:

l  High Reactivity & Chemical Bonding:

Contains highly reactive groups that rapidly react with organic functional groups (e.g., in epoxy, polyurethane resins), enabling the formation of chemical bonds.

l  Flexible Toughening & Stress Buffering:

Its flexible long chain helps mitigate internal stress caused by differences in thermal expansion coefficients, enhancing the impact resistance and toughness of composites while ensuring good compatibility with various systems.

l  Waterproofing, Anti-Fouling & Interface Protection:

The incorporated siloxane groups provide strong hydrophobicity and low surface energy, granting substrates excellent water resistance, oil stain resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Applications:

l  Polymer Material Modifier:

Can react with active groups in polyurethane, polyester, epoxy resins, etc., to improve weather resistance and flexibility. Particularly suitable for specialty coatings, sealants, and elastomers requiring enhanced flexibility.

l  Surface Treatment Agent:

1.  As a powder dispersant: Improves dispersion, prevents agglomeration, and enhances compatibility within organic matrices.

2.  As a waterproofing and leveling agent: Forms an organosilicon hydrophobic film that effectively wets substrates, eliminates cratering, promotes leveling, and achieves waterproofing, anti-fouling, and corrosion-resistant effects.

l  Molded Pulp Comprehensive Additive:

1.  Enables fluorine-free hydrophobic and oil-resistant properties, meeting environmental requirements, while imparting resistance to high/low temperatures and aging.

2.  Functions as a release agent: Chemically bonds to mold surfaces for long-lasting release performance. Also optimizes slurry rheology, improves molding uniformity, and reduces production energy consumption.
