1. Product Performance:
- Chemical Bonding Adhesion Promotion
The silane functional groups of Changfu® LNE33 can quickly hydrolyze to form silanol groups when exposed to moisture, which can undergo condensation reactions with hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of various substrates such as concrete, metals, and glass, forming stable and irreversible covalent bonds. Compared with traditional physical adhesion promoters, it can improve the interfacial bonding strength, significantly reduce the risk of coating lifting, peeling, and adhesion failure under harsh working conditions such as large temperature differences, high salt spray, strong corrosion, and high humidity, and ensure the long-term stability of the protective system.
- Perfect Compatibility of Organic End
The organic end is equipped with aspartate functional groups, which are the same type of reactive groups as aspartic polyurea resins, inherently possessing a high degree of structural affinity and reactivity, and can deeply participate in the cross-linking and curing reaction between aspartic polyurea resins and curing agents.
