1. Product Features:
- High Reactivity & Chemical Bonding
Equipped with highly reactive functional groups, Changfu® CA24 rapidly undergoes chemical reactions with organic functional groups in epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and other resin systems, forming stable covalent bonds at the interface. This molecular-level bonding creates a strong chemical bridge between organic matrices and inorganic substrates or fillers, significantly enhancing interfacial adhesion, preventing delamination, and ensuring long-term structural integrity under harsh conditions such as high humidity, temperature cycling, and chemical exposure. The flexible long-chain molecular structure of Changfu® CA24 effectively mitigates internal stress caused by mismatched thermal expansion coefficients between inorganic fillers and organic matrices.
